About The Position

As our Clinic Practice Supervisor, you will be a pivotal leader in optimizing healthcare delivery within our integrated system. You'll drive operational excellence, collaborating to streamline processes and elevate overall clinic performance. This role is crucial for a healthcare operations professional passionate about improving patient experience, financial health, and staff engagement, while upholding the mission-driven values of our Christian organization. This position is based at the St. Thomas More Physician Group Ortho/Surgery Clinic and is responsible for overseeing operations and leadership of a multispecialty provider group. Every day you will take direct ownership of clinic operations management, overseeing crucial business, financial, and clinical functions. You will proactively identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, working hand-in-hand with practice managers and directors. Your contributions will directly impact our pursuit of high-quality, cost-effective healthcare, ensuring our communities receive exceptional care and our teams thrive. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • One (1) - Two (2) years of experience working in a physician practice

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year supervisory experience
  • Bachelor degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day leadership of 1-2 clinics for all clinic services: expansion and growth of services, physician relations, personnel, and marketing and community relations.
  • Develop and maintain a positive employee and provider environment that results in a productive, motivated, and engaged work force.
  • Works collaboratively with physicians and APPs to ensure their needs are met.
  • Oversees the clinic staff in all activities to ensure high quality standards are met and to keep facility running smoothly.
  • Recruits, selects, monitors, develops, coaches, and mentors staff to achieve outcomes for quality patient care.
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and rules of accrediting bodies by continually monitoring the service and facility operations and programs and initiating required changes or improvements.
