About The Position

The Clinic Supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight to support the efficient day-to-day functioning of the clinic. In this role, you will coordinate administrative activities, support clinic staff, oversee workflow processes, and assist with special projects to ensure a seamless patient and caregiver experience. Working collaboratively with providers and leadership, you will help drive operational excellence, promote a positive team environment, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Requirements

• Completion of at least one year of business, office administration, medical terminology, secretarial, or related training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a healthcare office or clinic environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience supporting clinic operations, healthcare administration, or medical practice management.
