We are currently searching for a Client Services Supervisor to join our Customer Experience group. This is a fully onsite position based in San Diego, CA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
  • On the job training including, but not limited to, HIPAA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Client Services Team operations, ensuring efficient daily order processing and strong team performance.
  • Supervise Client Services Associates (CSAs), delegate workloads, and oversee regional production.
  • Lead hiring efforts including resume review, phone screens, and interviews.
  • Conduct onboarding, training, coaching, and annual performance reviews to meet key performance indicators.
  • Monitor daily reports to ensure timely order processing and identify workflow improvements.
  • Handle escalations, including complaints routed to leadership or technical teams, and support team members with complex issues.
  • Develop best practices, procedures, and serve as a subject matter expert for projects.
  • Oversee timecard tracking and approvals in ADP or Fieldglass.
