Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent in Business Administration
  • 2-4 years of project management experience
  • 2-4 years of automotive experience
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Holman systems including GDT, EVOS, Insights, and FleetTrak
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Thorough understanding of organizational products, services, and processes, along with a solid foundation in project management
  • Proactive, customer-focused leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable under pressure
  • Ability to think logically and solve problems effectively while maintaining a continuous improvement mindset
  • Able to independently manage team workload and project assignments, approve routine timeline adjustments and coaching actions
  • Able to contribute to escalated client and cross-departmental decisions, and escalate compliance or strategic risks as needed
  • Proven track record managing client interaction, strong customer-facing experience, and demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively across teams

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading and developing a high-performing implementation team through effective coaching, workload management, and performance oversight
  • Guide, train, and mentor all levels of departmental personnel
  • Work cooperatively with employees to assess their skill level and develop/train accordingly
  • Oversee the distribution of workload amongst the team and information shared on the Intranet
  • Drive operational efficiency, accountability, and continuous process improvement, with a strong focus on delivering a positive client onboarding experience and achieving high customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a key escalation point for complex client issues, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve challenges and align processes, and represent the Implementation team during client and prospect engagements
  • Focus the team on preparation, documentation, communication and follow up and assist in the creation and management of Implementation Department policies and procedures
  • Assist the Manager in conducting meetings with personnel to maintain open communication
  • Maintain attendance responsibility and manage employee conduct and performance with support of the Manager as well as assist in the completion and presentation of performance evaluations as required
  • Assemble data, prepare and deliver periodic and special reports
  • Participate in the interviewing process and training of new hires
  • Ensuring timely, accurate execution of all project and startup activities
