About The Position

McDonald’s Global Business Services – Change & Organization Activation COE is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Change Management, to support holistic change planning and execution for the Future of Marketing Program. McDonald’s is evolving its global marketing model to be more connected, efficient, and effective, with greater emphasis on data, measurement, and decision support. As part of this effort, McDonald’s is establishing a Future of Marketing team to define how marketing capabilities, processes, and ways of working will evolve over time. The team will help the business better leverage scale, improve consistency across markets, and strengthen the overall effectiveness of marketing investments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting complex, enterprise‑level transformation or modernization initiatives.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of structured change management methodologies, including change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communications planning.
  • Experienced with MS Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting enterprise service or operating model transformations across functions such as Global Business Services (GBS), Technology, Marketing, Finance, Data, Procurement, or similar environments.
  • Experience‑led change or service design experience, including the use of personas, journeys, and user‑centered design approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies by applying a structured change methodology across enterprise initiatives.
  • Conduct change impact, readiness, and risk assessments across people, process, and technology dimensions to support successful transitions and adoption.
  • Assist in developing stakeholder engagement plans, including identification of key stakeholders, influencers, and resistance points, to support effective change adoption.
  • Support the development of change‑aligned communication strategies and plans that reinforce program objectives and engagement outcomes.
  • Create change communication materials and messaging tailored to diverse stakeholder groups and delivery channels.
  • Build foundational understanding of the sponsoring function’s business, strategy, and transformation objectives to effectively support change outcomes.
  • Analyze data‑driven insights (e.g., adoption, readiness, sentiment) to inform change approach adjustments and accelerate adoption.
  • Contribute to building enterprise‑wide change capability by supporting knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Apply and reinforce the enterprise change framework; support training, enablement, and coaching for partners, practitioners, and business leaders as needed.
  • Support COE operations, including staff meetings, learning sessions, and capability‑building activities (e.g., topic identification, content development).
  • Maintain and curate standard change management templates, tools, and examples to enable consistent and high‑quality change delivery.
