About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring catchers arrive at the chicken house safely and on time and ensuring the chickens are caught in the most efficient way possible. This includes driving the catchers to the chicken house overseeing the methods used to catch the chickens and ensuring the farms are taken care of and meet all relevant government regulations. Other responsibilities include supervising the loading of trucks and ensuring their accuracy by attending to all administrative duties, finding ways to minimize DOA chickens, ensure the safe handling of all the animals we use to produce meat and performing other responsibilities as the need arises. Must obtain and maintain a Tyson Non-Dot Driver's Manual permit to include a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations within a 3-year period. No DUI/DWI convictions within a 5-year period. Selected candidate must be willing to reside within a 50-mile radius of the Forest Live Haul 1 location. All professional team members are expected to demonstrate responsible use of approved AI tools, including safeguarding sensitive information, adhering to company policies, and validating AI-generated outputs. Requirements

Requires knowledge of high school subject matter such as mathematics grammar, office equipment and business practices normally acquired through four years of high school, a vocational school or equivalent.
1 plus years of experience
Requires elementary computer skills. For example, checking electronic mail entering data into document templates or creating simple queries.
Supervisory Skills
Must obtain and maintain a Tyson Non-Dot Driver's Manual permit to include a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations within a 3-year period.
No DUI/DWI convictions within a 5-year period.
Selected candidate must be willing to reside within a 50-mile radius of the Forest Live Haul 1 location.
Qualified candidates will have to operate loaders.
