Responsible for resource utilization through cost effective staffing. Responsible for supporting daily operational management of patient flow. Support on-call responsibilities. Requirements

  • Three years supervisory experience and/or past performance that demonstrates strong leadership skills, including successfully achieving process outcomes and improvement goals, performance coaching and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with others required.
  • Must show consistency and confidentiality in dealing with human resource issues and maintain effective relationships with allied health staff, supervisory colleagues, physicians, and administrative leadership.
  • Must be able to efficiently handle a wide variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification.
  • For candidates who are Radiology Technicians and registered by the American Radiologic Technologists (AART)- RCIS or RCES certification through CCI must be obtained within 18 months of hire into the position.

  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
