Requirements

2 years clinical experience required
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or Kinesiology or RN (Registered Nurse)
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state OR LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state OR RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) OR CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist)
RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state OR LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state OR RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) OR CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) or Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or Kinesiology
BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).

Nice To Haves

1 year of experience in Cardiac or Pulmonary rehab preferred
2 years of supervisory experience preferred
Master's degree in Exercise Physiology preferred

Responsibilities

Communicates with physicians and nursing to review referral patterns and patient progress.
Provides support by acting as a resource to patients, family, staff members and physicians.
Assists manager in developing and/or revising policies and procedures for the program and departments assigned.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, federal and Joint Commission standards as well as specific standards of practice for assigned unit(s).
Responsible for the integrity of confidential records regarding employees and patient reports to the assigned leader.
