AAA Oregon/Idaho is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join their inbound Call Center team. This is not a typical call center; the focus is on building relationships and providing roadside assistance to members. The organization has a long history and continues to grow. Under the guidance of a Call Center Manager, the Call Center Supervisor will coordinate daily activities of team members to ensure effective emergency roadside service. Responsibilities include ensuring adequate staffing, preparing daily work assignments, monitoring service delays, resolving member concerns and contractor challenges, and coaching, supporting, and leading the Call Center team.
