About The Position

Overseeing an eight-person maintenance team, this role ensures all industrial machinery operates correctly and safely, custodial duties are completed effectively, and plant standards are consistently met. The position involves managing preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring material availability, and responding to maintenance requests. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, pneumatic tools, and industrial electrical systems, as well as training and coaching team members and communicating effectively with staff at all levels. The role also requires using precision measuring tools to ensure machine tolerances are within specification.

Requirements

Ability to remain physically active for extended periods while moving throughout the campus.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, including lifting overhead when required.
Ability to access and navigate all areas of the facility, including confined or elevated spaces.
Must be able to safely access and inspect all company equipment.
