Requirements

Proven experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for multiple facilities.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
Train and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
