About The Position

Job Details: High school diploma, GED, or 1-year of on-the-job training in a related field. Must have one year of experience or education in at least two (2) of the following building maintenance areas: Carpentry,110-220-volt electrical, Concrete pour and finish, Vehicle repair, Pipe insulation, Painting Plumbing. Must have a valid driver’s license. JOB DUTIES: MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES INCLUDE BUILDING MAINTENANCE, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, PAINTING, DRYWALLING AND REPAIR, SNOW REMOVEL AND LAWN CARE COMPLETE WORK ORDERS AND OTHER ASSIGNED TASKS AS DIRECTED BY THEIR SUPERVISOR. WORK WITH LITTLE OR NO SUPERVISION. ASSIST GENERAL MAINTENANCE AS NEEDED WORK VARIOUS HOURS WITH LITTLE OR NO NOTICE. QUALIFICATIONS: GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH WRITTEN AND ORAL. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE IN TWO OF THE FOLLOWING: CARPENTRY, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, DRYWALL, AND PAINTING Relocation Assistance Eligible: No Work Shift: A Shift (United States of America) Certain roles at Tyson require background checks. Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or 1-year of on-the-job training in a related field
One year of experience or education in at least two (2) of the following building maintenance areas: Carpentry, 110-220-volt electrical, Concrete pour and finish, Vehicle repair, Pipe insulation, Painting Plumbing
Valid driver’s license
Good communication skills, both written and oral
At least 6 months of experience in two of the following: Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, and Painting
