Job SummaryServe as a field support liaison between Optimum and authorized Branded Partner (BP) organizations operating within the Tri-State region. This role supports the operational alignment, sales readiness, and program execution of the D2D Branded Partner channel by working directly with BP field management. The Supervisor coordinates communication, training facilitation, reporting visibility, and program updates with BP leadership — without directing, supervising, or managing BP personnel, who remain employees of their respective partner organizations. Assist the Manager of Direct Sales in developing the operational plan for the Branded Partner channel, review and analyze channel performance trends, and maintain a consistent engagement cadence with BP field management. Perform other duties as assigned.
