About The Position

The Branded Merchandise Coordinator for Branded Merchandise ensures a smooth and positive experience for clients by managing the order process, resolving issues, and providing responsive support for all aspects of the branded merchandise experience for both custom and program projects. This support role is vital in upholding service standards and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the promotional products or printing industry.
  • A positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to build trusting, long-term relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective time management and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and adapt to new applications and systems like commonsku.
  • A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to "do the right thing" when working across teams and departments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Daily Orders: Review and manage orders accurately from portal submission and/or custom order creation through delivery.
  • Communicate shipping timelines, inventory availability, and order changes clearly to clients, program managers, and/or account representatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped correctly.
  • Manage the artwork approval process during product set up.
  • Handle required reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic management of inventory levels to ensure 100% product availability to the program.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and service recovery issues with professionalism.
  • Respond to inquiries related to billing, shipments, and post-order support.
  • Keep clients informed with proactive communication regarding job status, production updates, inventory needs, and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with sourcing, production, and kitting departments to ensure accurate pricing, product availability, and seamless execution of program orders.
  • Log all sales activity, client communications, and quoting history in commonsku.
  • Maintain organized records of production details and project samples.
