Clean Harbors is now hiring a full-time Supervisor Branch Operations Support out of Easton, IL. This role is located in Easton, IL & Bluff City. Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations.
Strong knowledge of driver management and DOT compliance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
High school diploma/GED required.
Must be able to pass a DISA drug screen/hair follicle to be considered.

Nice To Haves

Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot fleet issues preferred.
College degree a plus.
CDL A or B license preferred.
Experience with fleet management and driver supervision a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage up to 25–30 OTR Bulk Oil Filter drivers operating nationwide.
Promote safety culture and conduct regular safety meetings for the team.
Handle safety incidents and transportation-related incidents promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with the Central Routing Group to optimize driver routes and schedules.
Review and manage weekly driver routes; provide feedback to routing teams.
Oversee call-ins and provide accurate ETA updates to the Customer Service team; coordinate with drivers for additional service opportunities.
Manage truck maintenance and breakdowns for all assets within the group.
Interview and hire OTR drivers as needed to maintain staffing levels.
