About The Position

This hybrid position has expected office presence weekly. The Supervisor, Admissions Operations develops and implements strategic plans to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the admissions process. They lead, motivate, and supervise the admissions team, providing training and development to enhance skills and performance. This role analyzes trends in applicant data to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making, and collaborates with senior management and other departments to align admissions strategies with overall institutional goals. The Supervisor ensures compliance with all federal, state, and institutional regulations regarding student admissions, and manages budget and resources, ensuring optimal use and reporting on financial statuses to higher management. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of admissions processes, including understanding the procedures and requirements for processing applications
  • Knowledge of student information systems
  • Skill in project management, including planning, executing, and monitoring large-scale projects to meet timelines and deliverables
  • Skill in leading and managing teams, driving collaboration, and achieving departmental and institutional goals
  • Ability to manage complex operations and prioritize tasks effectively to meet both short-term and long-term organizational objectives
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and proactively address challenges, ensuring that operations remain effective and efficient under varying circumstances
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Equivalent combination of experience & education may be considered
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States
