Position purpose: Manage, supervise, coordinate, and plan all activities related to the services offered by the Writing Assistance Centre while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the Centre. Develop, plan, and implement strategies to provide services that meet the evolving needs of students. Serve as a subject matter expert on best practices in university mentoring. Work collaboratively with faculties and administrative units to develop relevant training content tailored to the needs of mentors across the University, fostering and sustaining a university-wide community of practice in mentoring.
