About The Position

Supervises the warehouse activities ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures regarding acceptance, storage, maintenance, inventory, and release of both general order merchandise and seized property. This role involves overseeing warehouse staff, recommending facility maintenance, supervising vehicle and equipment repairs, managing warehouse operations, and assisting in sales activities. The position also requires implementing and monitoring reporting on facility security, fire prevention, and space utilization, while ensuring all safety precautions are implemented.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience
5 years related experience
A valid driver's license
Ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance

Responsibilities

Supervises the warehouse staff including ensuring staff is adequately trained; coordinating workloads, priorities, and schedules to ensure timely and effective completion of work; and monitoring and evaluating staff performance.
Oversees and recommends maintenance and repairs to facility.
Supervises scheduling maintenance and repairing company vehicles and equipment in accordance with procedures and requirements.
Supervises warehouse operations including acceptance, storage, maintenance, inventory, and release of all merchandise and property within the facility.
Oversees the break down for public viewing and auction of merchandise and property for sale.
Assists in sales activity as required.
Ensures proper storage of General Order merchandise and seized property stored at the Sales Center.
Implements and monitors daily and month-end reporting of facility security, fire prevention, and space utilization.
Ensures all safety precautions are being implemented.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
