Internal Only Supervision Stipend
About The Position
This is an internal-only stipend position at Dr. Preston Williams Elementary School within Urbana School District #116. The primary function is to provide active supervision for 15 minutes before school and/or 15 minutes after school, under the direction of the Principal or designee. This is a stipend position paid at $2,000 annually and requires at least a one-year commitment for the 2026-2027 school year. The stipend can be split between AM/PM or by semester. Salary and benefit information is available on the Human Resources webpage. This is an exempt, stipend position within the collective bargaining unit and is not an administrative role. It does not interfere with other stipend responsibilities. Performance will be evaluated according to the Board's policy on evaluating professional personnel.

- Current Urbana School District #116 Employee
- Teacher as defined by the CBA
Responsibilities
- Provide active supervision for 15 minutes before school (the first bell) and/or 15 minutes after school (starting after the last bell)
