Internal Only Supervision Stipend
About The Position
This is an internal-only stipend position at Thomas Paine Elementary School, supervised by the Building Principal or designee. The primary function is to provide active supervision for 15 minutes before school (starting at the first bell) and/or 15 minutes after school (starting after the last bell). This is a stipend position paid at $2,000 annually and requires at least a one-year commitment for the 2026-2027 school year. The stipend can be split between AM/PM duties or by semester. Salary and benefit information is available on the Human Resources webpage. This is an exempt position within the collective bargaining unit and is not an administrative role. The stipend position does not interfere with other stipend responsibilities. Performance will be evaluated according to the Board's policy on evaluating professional personnel.
Requirements
- Current Urbana School District #116 Employee
- Teacher as defined by the CBA
