About The Position

You'll be joining the Chief Administrative Office, Capital Markets team, specializing in client services and data management. As a Supervision & Governance Co-op, you'll play a key role in supporting communication surveillance for Capital Markets, ensuring the handling of confidential information with the utmost care every day. You'll collaborate with external stakeholders, support various project management initiatives, and analyze communication data to drive insights. Your contributions will also include assisting with process improvements and participating in team efforts to optimize operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment while gaining exposure to the world of Capital Markets. Requirements

  • Pursuing a relevant degree.
  • Currently enrolled in a business, finance, economics, computer science, or data science program.
  • Strong data skills.
  • Comfortable working with Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and VBA to analyze and manage data.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Take care in handling confidential information and ensure accuracy in your work.
  • A collaborator. You enjoy working with others and are eager to engage with stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Help monitor and analyze communication activities to ensure compliance and mitigate risk within Capital Markets.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly, maintaining strict privacy standards.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to support ongoing initiatives and build effective working relationships.
  • Support project management efforts by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and providing regular updates.
  • Analyze communication data using tools like Excel and Power BI, and present findings to the team.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
