We are reshaping community pharmacy by combining modern healthcare with personalized service and strong provider relationships. Our mission is to make pharmacists a more trusted and integral part of a patient's healthcare experience. We are hiring a Supervising Pharmacist to run our Smithtown location. This is a lead role with real autonomy. You run the pharmacy, the team, and the prescriber relationships, and you are paid on how the location performs.
Requirements
- Active New York pharmacist license in good standing, eligible to be named Supervising Pharmacist
- Experience supervising pharmacy technicians
- Immunization certified

- PioneerRx experience a plus, not required
Responsibilities
- Serve as Supervising Pharmacist: licensure, compliance, controlled substance recordkeeping, inspection readiness
- Run daily operations and dispensing accuracy
- Hire, train, and manage the technician team
- Build relationships with local prescribers and specialty practices
- Grow the patient base through outreach, reactivation, and manufacturer programs
- Own the location's numbers and work directly with ownership on performance
