Requirements

• A current Texas Physical Therapy license
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance
• BLS/CPR license

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric and supervision experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy.
• Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.
• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a ride range of diagnoses.
• Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient
• Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
• Provide mentoring and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistant(s).
