Legal Aid of Nebraska is seeking an experienced attorney to join our ElderAccessLine team in a flexible role serving Nebraskans statewide. This position is ideal for a tenured attorney looking for meaningful work without the demands of litigation, courtroom appearances, or high-conflict practice areas. It is also an excellent opportunity for attorneys returning to the workforce after a career pause or resume gap who are ready to re-engage in legal practice in a supportive environment. You’ll provide legal guidance, mentorship, and strategic oversight while helping ensure older adults across Nebraska have access to high-quality legal services. The Supervising ElderAccessLine Attorney plays a key leadership role within the Centralized Intake Unit (CIU), providing legal guidance, supervision, and strategic direction to attorneys and paralegals serving older Nebraskans. This role combines legal analysis, client guidance, staff mentorship, intake oversight, and community engagement. The attorney will help ensure clients receive high-quality legal information and services while supporting efficient statewide intake operations.
