Community Partners in Action (CPA) is seeking a Supervising Case Manager for the Waterbury Alternative in the Community (WAIC) program. CPA, founded nearly 150 years ago, is dedicated to criminal justice reform and advocating for the dignity of individuals. The WAIC program serves male and female clients aged 18 and above involved in the Connecticut criminal justice system, aiming to reduce recidivism through interventions that foster behavior change using an evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Theory/Motivational model. CPA is committed to a BEDI (Belonging, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) culture, striving for an inclusive and equitable workplace that addresses racial inequities in the criminal justice system.
