The primary function of the Floor Supervisor is to assist and support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including staff, product, merchandising, visual presentation, operational processes, and store results. Assists the management team with recruitment, training, and development of associates.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and motivate store team members to provide customer service in accordance with the TH customer service program, generate sales and profits, minimize losses while ensuring the store displays a distinctive visual presentation and impeccable maintenance.
  • Maximize associate productivity, ensure compliance with and consistent application of company standards, policies, and procedures, and create a results-oriented environment.
  • Assist in the development of associates through feedback, coaching, and training.
  • Demonstrate real communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Maximize sales by ensuring the TH customer service program is followed and by ensuring that models and sizes are well represented on the sales floor.
  • Assist with training and development, act as a GGV, and provide TH customer service.
  • Communicate statistical results and identify business needs.
  • Communicate with the team during Take 5 meetings, discuss individual sales goals and other key performance indicators such as UPT, store conversion results, product sales, and any other information that can help them provide excellent service and achieve goals.
  • Assist with training, follow-up, and execution of replenishment and recovery.
  • Recognize problems, analyze their causes, and generate solutions.
  • Represent the TH brand by adopting a personal and professional appearance.
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operations.
  • Receive and process shipments and transfers.
  • Follow the Loss Prevention Program.
  • Contribute to ensuring the store has all the necessary tools (e.g., supplies, resources, binders, etc.) and the knowledge required to use them adequately.
  • Maintain the highest level of security awareness in the store.
  • Open and close the store.
