About The Position

MySpectrum is seeking a Supervisee in Social Work to provide outpatient therapy in either a hybrid model or fully remote through Teletherapy. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to gain experience and supervision towards licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). MySpectrum offers counseling and coaching to children and adults, focusing on various spectrums including Autism, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Whole Life. The company aims to reduce the stigma associated with seeking help and values out-of-the-box thinking, relationship-driven therapists, and adherence to Social Work values, ethics, and principles.

Requirements

• MSW degree
• Eligible for Supervision toward LCSW
• Located in Virginia
• Ability to communicate effectively through digital platforms
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently
• Solid clinical foundation, with the potential to learn and grow
• Desire to build skills and become a well-rounded Licensed Clinical Social Worker who will give back to the field of Social Work throughout their career
• Minimum of 15 client sessions per week is required

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute blocks
• Complete Assessments
• Complete Treatment Plans
• Complete Progress Notes
• Provide input about the best strategies, techniques, and services to offer to help as many people as possible
• Be an integral part of the growth and development of MySpectrum!
