About The Position

Walgren Counseling PLLC is seeking passionate, fully licensed (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) or associate-licensed (A-level) clinicians in North Carolina. The practice prioritizes clinician support, allowing therapists to focus on client care rather than administrative tasks. Walgren Counseling handles billing, credentialing, and phone calls, offering financial security through bi-weekly reimbursement with no chargebacks. Clinicians benefit from true flexibility in defining their schedules and caseloads, full administrative support, a clinical community for peer support, and growth support for credentialing and paneling. The role is a 1099 contractor position with flexible caseload options, offering an earning potential of $1,750+ per week.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a mental health field (Required).
• Current NC Clinical License (Full or Associate).
• Fully licensed (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) or associate-licensed (A-level) clinicians in North Carolina.
• Strong time management and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Trauma-informed care / EMDR experience.
• Experience with Eating Disorders.
• Experience with Couples and Family Therapy.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
