About The Position

Join a mission-driven team dedicated to helping individuals recover from emotional, psychological, and cognitive challenges following injury. This role offers flexibility, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to work within a specialized and impactful area of care. The Independently Licensed Therapist provides trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to individuals involved in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. This role primarily serves adult clients, with occasional support for adolescents, delivering short-term, focused therapy sessions in a remote setting.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Active independent Arizona license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Experience with trauma-informed therapy
Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
Experience working with injury-related cases or within legal systems
Ability to work with both adult and adolescent populations
Availability for a minimum of 20–30 hours per week
Comfort with telehealth services
Independent clinical practice experience

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience with adolescents (age 7+)

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy for clients involved in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases
Develop and implement clinically appropriate treatment plans
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers including psychologists and neurorehabilitation specialists
Deliver trauma-informed care tailored to injury-related psychological and cognitive conditions
Provide occasional therapy services to adolescent clients (ages 7+)
Maintain a structured, outcome-focused approach to short-term therapy (8–12 sessions per client)
