Job Title: Supervised Visitation Specialist Department: Youth Services Reports To: Manager of Youth Services Job Summary The Supervised Visitation Specialist monitors and supervises parenting time between parents or caregivers and their children to ensure child safety while supporting the development and maintenance of healthy family relationships. This role facilitates structured family visits, documents interactions, and provides guidance to parents or caregivers through modeling and coaching positive parenting strategies. The Supervised Visitation Specialist is responsible for coordinating and scheduling visits, maintaining the integrity of supervised parenting time services, and intervening when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of children. This role works collaboratively with referring agencies, families, and Turning Point SOC team members to provide services that meet the needs of the community.
