About The Position

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Supervised Release Tracker for Rite of Passage in Ocala or Daytona Beach, FL area. Requirements

High School Diploma
Six months of experience working with youth
Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver
Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Able to work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed
Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities

Responsibilities

Monitoring and maintaining contact with youth in the supervised release continuum.
Communicating with stakeholders.
Working with program officials.
Maintaining the appropriate level of weekly youth contacts, including face-to-face contacts.
Responding to electronic monitoring notifications.
Preparing and participating in meetings and court hearings.
Maintaining communication to ensure placing officials are aware of information about the ROP program and assigned youth.
Establishing and maintaining a working relationship with placing officials in the region, including probation, social services, public defender, the judiciary, juvenile court, school, etc.
May drive during day/night-time hours which may include inclement weather conditions.
May drive extended hours as needed for coverage.
