Responsibilities

• Working directly with students, 1:1 and in small groups
• Prepare for ABA sessions and write session notes and update graphs as needed
• Maintain client binders and materials
• Implement reinforcement systems in the classroom
• Implement proactive strategies in the classroom
• Implement individual goals throughout the day (as directed by teacher, RBA)
• Collect and graph data
• Implement supervised behaviour plans in the classroom
• Implements proactive behaviour management strategies
• Meet regularly with RBA
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Communicates well with school leadership team
• Attend training sessions, workshops and continuing professional development
• Uphold centre’s policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Maintains confidentiality
• Works well with the team
• Loves working with kids!
