About The Position

4Creeks is seeking a Superintendent to work under the direction of a Project Manager. This position will be primarily fieldwork. Responsibilities for this position would include project supervision, overseeing daily operations at project sites, self-performing trades as directed, managing site security, assisting in managing subcontractors and support staff, coordinating subcontractor scheduling, assisting in quality control and assurance, participating in constructability reviews, and maintaining job site safety. The role also involves preparing progress reports and schedules for clients, maintaining daily log reports, and performing project picture logging.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform project supervision under the direction of the Project Manager
• Oversee daily operations at project sites
• Self-perform trades as directed by the Project Manager
• Manage site security
• Assist in managing the work of subcontractors and other support staff
• Coordinate subcontractor scheduling
• Assist in quality control and quality assurance for projects
• Participate in constructability reviews
• Maintain job site safety
• Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
• Maintain daily log reports
• Perform project picture logging
