About The Position

4Creeks is seeking a Superintendent to work under the direction of a Project Manager. This position will be primarily fieldwork. Responsibilities for this position would include:
Project Supervision & Site Operations
Perform project supervision under the direction of the Project Manager
Oversee daily operations at project sites
Self-perform trades as directed by the Project Manager
Manage site security
Subcontractor & Team Coordination
Assist in managing the work of subcontractors and other support staff
Coordinate subcontractor scheduling
Quality Control & Constructability
Assist in quality control and quality assurance for projects
Participate in constructability reviews
Safety Management
Maintain job site safety
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
Maintain daily log reports
Perform project picture logging

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
• Willing to work with a team, ability to be flexible and self-starting, able to make our clients and guests feel welcome
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
