About The Position

Assists the project Superintendent and/or Project Manager by providing on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects. Responsible for the organization and direction of construction activities within assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single area, multi-area or a multi-discipline construction project. Responsible for and ensures project safety compliance. May coordinate with client representatives on jobsite activities within assigned area of operations. Responsibilities are to ensure assigned jobsite operations are in compliance with design/specifications and to quality standards. Interfaces with other administrative field staff, field management staff and particularly the Senior Superintendent and Project Manager in a coordinated effort.

Requirements

BS Engineering/Construction Management and 4 years of relevant construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
OSHA safety certification (OSHA 10, 30).

Nice To Haves

Airport construction experience.
Strong understanding of systems, and phased construction in an operational airport environment.
Prior experience in construction compliance, scheduling, sequencing, etc.
Proficiency in construction documentation, change order management, RFI, RFP, etc.
