Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Five years of previous field Interior or commercial construction experience.
- 1 year of direct supervisory experience.
- Proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook).
- Ability to read plans and specs.
Nice To Haves
- Public works, design build or school campus style projects experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assists the Superintendent in coordinating subcontractors or supervises laborers and trade workers at the construction site.
- Monitors work performance, progress and productivity of subcontractors and laborers/craft workers.
- Assists in monitoring costs as specified in contract documents.
- Directly oversee the performance of workers completing all phases of construction to meet company standards and owner expectations.
