About The Position

The Superintendent will oversee daily field operations across multiple job sites, supervising and leading crews to ensure productivity and accountability. This role involves coordinating scheduling, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, while ensuring all work complies with safety standards and company policies. The Superintendent will monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, proactively addressing any issues. Maintaining clear communication with Project Managers, clients, and internal teams is crucial, as is conducting site inspections for quality control and adherence to specifications. Additionally, the Superintendent will be responsible for training and developing crew members and foremen.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in landscape construction, civil, or related field
• Proven leadership experience managing field teams
• Strong knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, grading, and/or construction practices
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and project schedules
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
