About The Position

Garney is hiring a Superintendent with previous progressive experience. The role oversees job-site safety, scheduling, coordination with project management, job costs, quality control, subcontractors, and field personnel. The position requires 10 or more years of experience in the same industry and a willingness to travel. Responsibilities

Drive job-site safety and establish site safety expectations.
Create six-week look-ahead schedules and monitor the overall project schedule.
Coordinate with project management.
Review job costs and manage labor quantities.
Complete daily and periodic report updates.
Oversee quality control.
Manage subcontractors.
Train craft workers.
Mentor field engineers.
