About The Position

Garney is hiring a Superintendent to oversee pipe construction work. The role requires previous progressive experience in the same industry and willingness to travel. The Superintendent leads job-site safety, scheduling, cost and labor oversight, reporting, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and the training and mentoring of field personnel.

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in the same industry.
Previous progressive experience.
Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

Drive job-site safety and establish site safety expectations.
Create six-week look-ahead schedules and monitor the overall project schedule.
Coordinate with project management.
Review job costs and manage labor quantities.
Complete daily and periodic report updates.
Oversee quality control.
Manage subcontractors.
Train craft workers.
Mentor field engineers.
