About The Position

The Superintendent role focuses on managing Stonhard flooring construction projects at customer job sites, utilizing Total Project Management (TPM) guidelines. This position involves presenting and promoting Stonhard’s products and services to industrial and commercial accounts, supporting Stonhard Territory Managers & Project Engineers within the region. Key duties include Material Management, Scheduling, Quality Control, Safety, Change Orders, and Post Job Reports. The role also requires close collaboration with installation teams to ensure proper training and application of Stonhard projects.

Requirements

Two or more years of related construction project management required
Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills
Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility
Computer literacy required, including experience with Microsoft 365
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
