About The Position

The Superintendent role focuses on managing Stonhard flooring construction projects at customer job sites. This position involves utilizing Total Project Management (TPM) guidelines, presenting and promoting Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts, and supporting Territory Managers & Project Engineers. Key duties encompass material management, scheduling, quality control, safety, change orders, and post-job reports, along with working closely with installation teams for training and proper project application.

Requirements

Two or more years of related construction project management required
Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills
Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility
Computer literacy required, including experience with Microsoft 365
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Manage Stonhard flooring construction projects at customer job sites
