Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years heavy civil, underground, earthworks construction experience is required
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a Superintendent role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Proprietary Software
- A driver’s abstract is required and must be obtained no more than 30 days prior to employment start date
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, direct crews within the budget and timeline assigned
- Provide leadership and training to General Foreman, Foreman and other field staff
- Work with the Safety Advisors to ensure the work is performed safely
- Plan the construction function to establish an affective organization
- Direct the overall construction program of the project
- Ensure project is meeting construction schedule
- Provide leadership to promote maximum productivity on site
