We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent who excels in fast‑paced, operationally complex environments and can lead field teams through all phases of disaster recovery and construction projects. The ideal candidate brings strong field leadership, operational discipline, and financial awareness, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure and changing conditions. This individual will be hands‑on, safety‑driven, and highly organized, capable of planning work, directing the daily activities of workers and subcontractors, managing materials and schedules, and ensuring strict adherence to contract requirements. Success in this role requires the ability to coordinate multiple work streams, resolve issues quickly in the field, and interface effectively with government representatives, inspectors, suppliers, and labor representatives while maintaining clear communication with project management. We are looking for a leader who takes ownership of outcomes, holds teams accountable, and consistently looks for ways to improve productivity, quality, and profitability. The right candidate is comfortable with extended work hours when needed, thrives in deployed and travel‑heavy roles, and can step into disaster‑affected environments with minimal notice to stabilize operations and deliver results.
