Requirements

A minimum of 10 years heavy civil, underground, earthworks construction experience is required
A minimum of 5 years experience in a Superintendent role
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Proprietary Software
A driver’s abstract is required and must be obtained no more than 30 days prior to employment start date

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, direct crews within the budget and timeline assigned
Provide leadership and training to General Foreman, Foreman and other field staff
Work with the Safety Advisors to ensure the work is performed safely
Plan the construction function to establish an affective organization
Direct the overall construction program of the project
Ensure project is meeting construction schedule
Provide leadership to promote maximum productivity on site
