About The Position

Join our dynamic team as a Commercial General Contractor Project Superintendent, where your leadership and construction expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of commercial projects. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. Key Performance Indicators: Communication – Liaison for project team, subs and clients, Provide project updates and milestones. Problem Solving - Proactive Communication, Experiential Foresight, Conflict Resolution. Quality Control – Process Execution Verification, Attention to Detail, Collaboration. Safety Compliance – Prioritization of Safety Protocol, Mitigation of Known Hazards. Fundamental Job Requirements: Proven experience as a Superintendent in a commercial construction environment. Lead work teams and partners toward building excellence and mutually beneficial results. Collaborate and manage multiple subs and project deadlines with key milestones effectively. Competency and diligence with project software tools and reporting updates.
