Requirements

3+ years of leadership experience delivering complex, full‑cycle projects
Experience leading and managing projects from day one through project completion.
Demonstrated success in the creation and execution of project planning and scheduling.
Ability to thoroughly review, interpret, and clearly communicate construction documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work, to ensure accurate execution, alignment across teams, and successful project delivery.
Experience leading project teams through strong relationships, serving as the primary field leader who builds trust with owners, trade partners, and internal teams to drive collaboration, accountability, and successful outcomes.
Ability to effectively leverage construction management platforms such as Procore to streamline jobsite communication, coordinate daily activities, manage documentation, and support efficient project execution.

Championed Safety as an onsite leader on a consistent basis.
Leading and managing projects from day one through project completion.
Creation and execution of project planning and scheduling.
