Requirements

Commercial projects experience
Experience in job site project management
Ability to oversee, monitor, and manage work progression
Ability to partner with Project Manager to complete projects on time and on budget
Ability to monitor and/or manage health, safety, and OSHA requirements
Ability to oversee and manage project site labor
Ability to utilize metrics and reports to measure success, drive accountability, and identify improvements
Ability to lead safety, pre-construction, foreman, and team meetings
Ability to maintain robust meeting notes and hold team members accountable
Ability to provide consistent updates and maintain accurate documentation
Ability to identify value added opportunities
Ability to monitor and ensure client satisfaction
Ability to monitor and ensure strong sub-contractor relationships
Ability to identify and pursue opportunities to solicit referrals

Responsibilities

Effectively oversee, monitor and manage all work progression per construction responsibilities matrix from pre-construction through project close
Partner with Project Manager to complete projects on time and on budget
Monitor and/or manage health, safety, and OSHA requirements
Oversee and manage all project site labor ensuring quality performance
Utilize metrics and reports to measure success, drive accountability, and identify improvements
Lead safety, pre-construction, foreman, and team meetings. Maintain robust meeting notes and hold team members accountable to their assigned action items
Provide consistent updates and maintain accurate documentation to support keeping the Project Manager informed
Identify value added opportunities to meet and/or exceed client and stakeholder goals
Monitor and ensure client satisfaction
Monitor and ensure that strong sub-contractor relationships exist
Identify and pursue opportunities to solicit referrals from and/or through clients and stakeholders
