Responsibilities

Review project information prior to mobilization to ensure complete understanding of the scope of work, material specifications, safety plans, precautions, and contact time constraints.
Develop production plan.
Organize foreman will activities and ensure proper staffing for all necessary positions.
Monitor quality control as well as weekly planned and completed production.
Work closely with the scheduling department to assure a gap free environment with pre-start p notifications.
Monitor and bring to conclusion all warranty work and client issues.
Assure all company policies on safety, equipment management and vehicle management are being adhered to.
Manage the company jobsite safety programs to assure foreman are adhering to the company’s safety requirements and procedures.
Analyze the safety plan for all aspects of the job.
Assure the required safety toolbox talks are being completed and signed off by every employee.
Assure follow through with foreman on compliance with Safety Inspection Reports and Corrective Actions.
Assure vehicles and equipment are cleaned, organized and in good working order, and all regular inspections and maintenance is performed.
