About The Position
B.H. Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Superintendent to run electrical crews on industrial solar farms while adhering to all codes and safety standards. The current project is in Boise, Idaho. This position requires a high level of experience in this type of work. The superintendent earns an initial salary of $110K to $135k (DOE) that is paid weekly. Qualified applicants may be eligible for per diem on this project. We offer great benefits, including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off (PTO).
Requirements
- 5-10 years in construction management
- Minimum of 3-5 years directly supervising utility-scale solar projects
- Electrical experience
- Willingness to travel with a 5 week on site rotation
- Proven track record managing field crews, equipment and logistics across expansive sites
