Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with paving/concrete.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- All candidates agree to complete an assessment for selection and pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Supervise field crews, job sites, and subcontractors.
- Develop site logistics plans and determine construction methods and sequencing.
- Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Drive project schedules and resolve construction issues.
- Perform maintenance based on client work orders.
- Document daily work activities.
