About The Position

The Superintendent, General, plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects with a focus on plumbing systems to ensure timely and quality completion. Requirements

• Proven experience as a construction superintendent with a focus on plumbing systems in commercial or residential projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and installation practices within the United States.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project management principles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications related to plumbing and general construction.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.
• Expertise in plumbing systems is essential for daily oversight of installation, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
• Leadership and communication skills are critical for motivating teams, resolving conflicts, and maintaining clear lines of communication among all project stakeholders.

Responsibilities
